Where we ship the BRELIR washable pee pad, where it ships from, how long it takes and what shipping costs.

Where we ship

  • United States: the 50 states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to US territories or to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Mexico: the whole country.

At checkout, you can only choose the countries we ship to.

Where it ships from

  • US orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.
  • Mexico orders ship from our warehouse in Mexico.

Delivery time

  • United States: 5 to 8 business days from your order.
  • Mexico: 5 to 7 business days from your order.

If there's a delay

If we can't ship your order on time, we'll email you before the date we promised, with a new estimated date. You can wait or cancel your order for a full refund.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Free, with tracking. You see it at checkout before you pay.

Duties and fees on delivery

Your order ships from our warehouse in your own country, so there are no import duties or fees to pay on delivery.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us at info@brelir.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a new one or refund your money, at no cost to you.
