If your dog doesn't use it: 90 days
You have 90 days from delivery. If your dog doesn't use the pad, email us with your order number. We'll reply with the return address, and once we get your pads back, we refund what you paid for them.
How to return it
- Email info@brelir.com with your order number.
- We reply with the return address and the steps.
- Send it back within 14 days of our reply.
Return shipping
You pay for return shipping. If the pad arrived damaged or it's not what you ordered, we pay it.
Refund
We refund the full price to the payment method you used, within 10 business days of receiving the return. No subscription and no extra charges.
Damaged or wrong item
Email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a new one or refund your money, at no cost to you.
